W. Terry McBrayer (born September 1, 1937) is a Democratic lobbyist, attorney, and former politician in Lexington, Kentucky.

McBrayer is currently the senior partner and lead lobbyist for the influential McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland law firm. He is a native of Greenup County, Kentucky and graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Louisville Law School. (source)
