Position: KDP Vice Chairwoman Issue/Topic: Hispanic Outreach From: Winfield Bio: Teresa Krusor was elected as the State Party Vice Chair in 2003 and reelected in 2005. She started out as a precinct committeeperson in Cowley County and was later elected Secretary, then Vice Chair and finally Chair. She served as Secretary for the 4th Congressional District and was later elected twice as the Vice Chair. Krusor served as the Secretary of the Kansas Democratic Party for eight years. She is helping lead the Hispanic outreach for the Party.
