BISMARCK, N.D.

North Dakota's last undecided delegate to the Democratic National Convention says he'll be supporting Barack Obama.

David Strauss is the chairman of the North Dakota Democratic Party. He says he has remained neutral to make sure supporters of Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton were treated fairly.

Strauss says he also wanted to wait until the last Democratic selection contests wrapped up in Montana and South Dakota this week. He says Obama has a majority of delegates.
